Infra-Low Frequency (ILF) Neurofeedback measures aspects of brain activity using sensitive EEG equipment and provides instantaneous feedback to support self-regulatory processes. Sensors are placed painlessly on the scalp and translate brain signals into visual or auditory feedback in real time.
Sessions are evidence-based and highly individualised, allowing the brain to adapt and improve functional regulation over repeated sessions. At Celtic Neurofeedback, programmes are integrated with holistic wellbeing strategies, and suitability is considered individually.
