On August 28, 2026, I had the great honor of participating in an official visit, at the Scuola di formazione civica „STUDENTI CON LE STELETTE”, the first reality in Italy; The initiative in 2016 for the transmission of young people and the values of active citizenship, sense of duty and team work in military style. The school has its operational headquarters for summer courses at the Campus dell’Università eCampus a Novedrate (COMO).
Una realtà che rappresenta un vero unicum e un’eccellenza assoluta nel panorama formativo italiano. Ho potuto toccare con mano the extraordinary value of this project, conceived in 2016 and guided with impeccable dedication by the Founder and Commander, Cav. Dr. CARLO ANGELO ORPHEO COLOMBO.
The educational impact of the project on a national scale is also witnessed by over 750 students involved in the summer course starting from the first edition of 2016, many of whom have decided to remain active in the association forming supporto alle operazioni organizzative for the following years. Tanti di loro hanno riscoperto la passione per il volontariato e per la participatione activa alla vita pubblica, ricoprendo professional positions in administrations, Forze dell Ordine o altri publici contesti.
The civic education school „STUDENTS WITH STARS” is awarded the medal of the President of the Republic in 2017 and the Medal of the Regional Council of Lombardy in 2018.
A special synergy for our young people.
The excellence of the day is also expressed in the valorization of the skills of the boys. Insieme allo stimato sodale, the noble Avv. MARCO FILIMBERTI (Vicar of Varese for the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Savoy), we united our functions in seno to the Royal Society Fellowship of Honor and Noble Virtue and to the Reale Accademia di Etiquette che insieme hanno hanno il Seminario di formazione della Brigata di Sala, i cui alievi hanno hanno servito alla Mensa Ufficiali della Scuola with impeccable rigore and una grace. Seeing over 750 students involved from 2016 to today, many of whom are now employed in the Law Enforcement and Public Administration, is proof that investment in young people means investment in the future of the State.
